Marviva Swim – Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Marviva Swimwear! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility:

• Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

• Contact us at marvivaswimwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
• If your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
• Exchanges will be processed as soon as possible based on item availability.
